Terms and conditions may change from previous printed material or directives in current circulation. Please refer to the terms and conditions below for the current status.
Payments and refunds
All term payments must be made in full in advance.No refunds will be given for non-attendance of group lessons.Credit for future term sessions maybe offered if a student misses three or more consequetive lessons for a valid medical reason. A medical certificate maybe required.
Makeup lessons - weather affected
If we are unable to provide a session for poor/adverse weather conditions, an alternative day/time within the current term program will be offered. If necessary, an additional session during or at the end of the current term will be added.
Makeup lessons - sickness
Where students are sick or unwell, they are able to do a make-up lesson on an alternate day/time within that current terms program (check the current term program for alternatives). A request must be made prior to or on the day of abscence via email/sms to confirm suitability of the requested alternate session.Missed sessions cannot be transferred to subsequent term programs or holiday camp sessions.
Makeup lessons - student unavailable
If a student is unable to attend a program session for reasons other than sickness/injury, it may be possible for a makeup session within the current term. This will depend on class numbers and other safety factors. A request must be made prior to or on the day of abscence via email/sms to confirm suitability of the requested alternate session.
Free trial session
Where a free trial session is advertised as available, this will be offered for a specific session day and time of our choosing. The free trial session is for one session (your first session) only.
Cancellation - private lessons & hitting sessions
A cancellation fee of $50 will apply to private lessons and hitting sessions if less than 24 hours notice is given.
Supervision of juniors
We do not accept responsibilty for the supervision of program attendees outside of the agreed session times.
No show - private lessons & hitting sessions
A no show fee of $50 will apply to private lessons and hitting sessions if a lesson or session is not attended.
Program/schedule changes
Where insufficient numbers for a program occur, this session maybe cancelled or adjusted at our discretion. Where possible 24 hours notice will be given of these changes. Part of full refund will be made if the program is cancelled for insufficient numbers depending on how many sessions have been attended.
Additional class discounts
Customers paying for one individual to attend two classes in a week (per term) will have reduced fees as follows: 1 hour program -$50 45 minute program -$40 Cardio tennis - $10 Buy10/1 free offer applies to 10 lesson payments up front only. Cardio lesson $10 discount applies to second lesson in same week only.
